For International Overdose Awareness Day (31/08), our DP1 student, Alejandra Morales, championed a CAS project to raise awareness about Substance Overdose. The theme for 2023 is “Recognizing Those Who Go Unseen”.

Students dressed in purple to help foster open, informative discussions about substance use disorders and overdoses.

She also spearheaded a charity drive to provide survivors of domestic violence and abuse at a shelter called The Ark Foundation, with feminine hygiene and basic self-care products.
